CANCELLATIONS
We strive to process orders promptly to ensure swift delivery. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it by contacting us immediately at 0161 975 5360. We will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it or offer a refund. We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to discuss options for orders in progress.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction with our products is our priority. If your order does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the items.
- Returns must be initiated at your expense.
- Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for a fee.

DAMAGES
If your order arrives damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery, either in full or in part.
Please notify us immediately by calling 0161 975 5360 or emailing customerservices@dpack.co.uk. Once we receive your report, we will expedite a replacement to minimise disruption to your business.

For account holders, all goods remain the property of Direct Packaging Solutions until full payment is received. All sales are subject to our terms and conditions, available upon request.
We recommend inspecting your goods upon delivery. Any quality issues or discrepancies must be reported within 28 days of delivery. Unfortunately, claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
